How i can find a better way to lose some weight since my weight is 358lbs and im 5′9 and im male. I just want to put in new year resolution for myself. I need to know which it best for me to save money with meals. What about Tea is healthy for me to drink daily instead of coffee? of course water is mainly for me to drink everyday. is anything that can suggest me do around the house since dont have fitness center here since it soo small town. which is best to rapidly lose weight avg in one week? i need a good answer that who had experince maybe we can work it out if u give me best answer.. whenever u can get back to me!!

walk and if you can jog or run around your block and also run/walk up stairs be very active and as for tea get all natural herbal tea that can be found online instead of driving somewhere walk and buy a bike stop driving since its a small town and eat healthy eat plenty of greens and its important to spread out your meals ideal eat 6 meals a day but make sure they are small like a bowl of veggies fish that sort of stuff and since you have a high weight the pounds will fly off once you start working out make sure you are active and drink plenty of water
It’ll be two fold.
1. Eat healthy food. Don’t eat anything processed. Processed food is stripped of nutrients and tends to be high in calories. Try and stick to lean meats, low fat dairy, plenty of fresh fruit and veggies, and whole grains (meaning brown rice, rolled oats, whole wheat pasta, whole grain bread etc). Try to cut “white” food out of your diet – white rice, white sugar, white flour, white potatoes, and white pasta.
2. Move your body. Walk if that’s where you’re starting. Do what you can and just gradually add more every week. If you’re up to it, try the couch to 5 K running plan. It’s very adaptable and designed for people who have zero running experience. Find some kind of exercise that you enjoy. Whatever it is – swim, bike, walk, hike, tennis, whatever. And then make sure you do it at about the same time every day. You’ll need to make it a habit to stick with it. And if you don’t like it, you won’t do it.
One other thing you might want to do. WebMD has a weight loss board where you can post for encouragement and ideas. It’s a good thing to look into for other people who have been there or are there.
