thing that is great with bell pepper is scrambled eggs, cheese, 1/4 bell pepper and a little hot sauce. I also love to put bell peppers in my regular salad it gives it a kick. For a snack lightly cook a bell peppers and dip it in ranch. It’s great. One final word about water weight loss — those are pounds you won’t ever have to deal with again. Sure every week might not be 19 pound weight loss, but in any case you are NOT 440 or even 430. You are 421. That is huge week.

Hoss, Looks like a great meal there. How about some sour cream on that too! The bagged lettuce is sure convenient. I also like to use whole lettuce leaves to wrap up the meat.
